Reading good novels gives me ideas about how life can be filled with contentment as all have problems, people from all walks of life face challenges .One has to cope according to ones own means.....
Depression is a state of mind...Don't let it drown u...
One can control emotions,feelings and hence depression too
God has vested power in humans to fight back ....
At times all philosophies seem to be failing but believe in self can be a savior....
If aim is :Transcendence, then material needs aside , one should endeavor to find an inner place of self contentment, or wholeness.
